We have provided these FAQ’s in response to queries we often receive from parents but please note this is general information only. Our full Terms and Conditions applicable to our services can be accessed here.

How do I enrol and make payment?

Enrolments and payment can be made through our website > www.littlefoxes.com.au/book

Payment needs to be paid in full for the entire term. No part payments for bookings can be taken. If you’re booking mid-term, you’ll be charged pro-rata based on how many weeks are left in the term (subject to availability).

If there are available places, you will be enrolled immediately. If there are no available places, you will not be able to enrol. If you would like to be put on our waitlist please submit your details here > and we will advise if any spots become available.

Programs run on a continual basis and payments will be direct debited quarterly from your nominated credit card, unless you opt out of the program. All credit cards are stored safely in our payment gateway.

Classes will not operate on school or public holidays and you will not be charged for these days.

Are uniforms compulsory?

Yes, uniforms are compulsory (excluding trial/casual classes) and need to be purchased when booking your first program. An option to buy a uniform will come up when you enrol your child. Cost of the uniform is $65 and includes a guernsey, short and hat. You can also purchase the items separately from our online shop >

What size uniform should I buy?

Our uniforms run true to size and come in sizes 2, 4 & 6.

When will I receive my uniform?

Please pickup your uniform from your coach on the day of your first class.

What footwear should my child wear?

We generally advise runners / trainers for younger kids. However, if the children would like to wear football boots, they can.

Can I leave my child and return once the class has finished?

No, our classes require the parent’s to remain during the entire class duration.

What age group should I enrol my child into?

Generally we suggest enrolling your child into the age group that they are at the beginning of the year. This way they’re in the same group as they move up programs and they’ll also be at similar skill levels.

Can my child enrol if they are outside the age limits?

Yes, but we recommend no younger than 18 months and no older than 6 years.

What happens with wet weather?

Classes go ahead in light rain and if the grounds are open. If classes are cancelled we will notify you via an SMS and post on our website. A make-up class will be credited to your account.

What happens with extreme heat?

If temperatures exceed 32 degrees Celsius from the start of a class, they will be cancelled. We will notify you via an SMS and post on our website. A make-up class will be credited to your account.

Can I join once the term has started?

Yes, you can join once the term has already commenced. You’ll be charged pro-rata based on how many weeks are left in the term (subject to availability). Please email us to book mid term > admin@littlefoxes.com.au

Credits / refunds.

As per our terms and conditions we do not provide refunds once the term has started. In the instance that a doctors certificate is supplied we can provide a credit to be used within 12 months. Any refunds will incur a 10% admin fee.

Do you have trial/casual classes?

Yes, but they are subject to availability. The cost is $35 per class (you don’t need uniforms for a trial/casual class) and can be booked here, they can only be booked once the term starts.
